Three years before the start of the 26th World Scout Jamboree Poland 2027, we are delighted to release the first issue of the Official World Scout Jamboree Bulletin. This publication is addressed to WOSM Member Organizations that are organising national contingents to participate in the World Scout Jamboree.

We encourage Member Organizations to appoint their contingent management teams and register them by 1 November 2024. The first online briefing for the contingent teams will be held in December this year.

In this bulletin, you will find information about the date, location, general programme framework, the age requirements for participants and volunteers approved by the World Scout Committee, and the registration fee, including the Early Birds discount system.

For the first time in history, the bulletin is published as an electronic content platform, accompanied by a traditional PDF version. This platform, called HOC BASE, will always feature the most up-to-date and verified content, summarised as bulletins and circulars. Access to this part of the platform is available to everyone interested, while detailed technical information will be accessible to registered Contingent Teams.

We look forward to meeting the Contingent Teams online in a few months and to welcoming over 46,000 Scouts and volunteers at the World Scout Jamboree Poland 2027 in Gdańsk!
